Evan Cerrillo was born on July 15, 2009. A few months later, doctors delivered the news that at some point, Evan had suffered a devastating stroke. The months that followed were full of uncertainty and a lot of statements about what Evan would never do. Time after time, Evan defied the odds and gave the world the gift of his SMILE. With that smile, the little boy who never spoke a word changed the world around him.

On January 13, 2016, Evan earned his heavenly wings. While losing him was and is more difficult than words can describe, our family has chosen to honor his memory through this non-profit, making sure that Evan's smile continues to change the world.

End of Life

Team Evan provides financial assistance to families faced with end of life expenses.

Helping Hand

Team Evan provides a helping hands for meals, fuel and lodging for families in need of assistance during medical treatment of their differently abled family member.

Because Team Evan is run by volunteers, we have very low administrative costs. 99% of every dollar raised goes back to the communities we serve. Team Evan accepts donations through Paypal and check.
